Nagwa Fouad: nightclub show (red bedlah)

A nightclub performance by Nagwa Fouad. I'm not sure about the back up dancers' wedding veils and beach shorts at the start of the routine, but once Nagwa arrives its a great show.

The second part of a nightclub show, drum solo and finale. A performance with Nagwa's usual passion.

Nagwa Fouad: lime green bedlah

You may recognise the studio set as it was used for many clips of bellydancers in the 70s.

Nagwa Fouad: 'Samra Ya Samra'

The singer is the legendary Karem Mahmoud (1922-1995). There's a story that Karem first saw a very young Nagwa in tears at one of her first parties. Karem, who was already a star, asked why she was crying and she explained that her musicians hadn't arrived and so she would have to leave. He said to her "Don't leave, I will sing and you will dance".
